  • Popular and versatile Xc 45 design - cruise her locally, or sail around the world!
  • Two owners from new, both lovingly owned and maintained.
  • New coppercoat 2025 - all new skin fittings and seacocks 2024 - NDT testing of all rod rigging for 2022 season.

What does she need?
A topside re-paint in the coming seasons would certainly bring this X-Yacht back to top condition, and has already been factored into the asking price.

Owner Comments
I bought 'Blue Janga' as I wanted a good, well built sailing boat capable of sailing the world, but had to compromise with my wife who wanted comfort. The Xc 45 is the ideal compromise. The plan was to take her far and wide, but family life and grandchildren have come along meaning that plans have changed for the time being. As a result she has been lightly used around the South coast. She is an easy boat to sail, with additions to make this even simpler when short, or single-handed, but also fun and competitive in the annual Round the Island race, and she has been the ideal platform for entertaining friends. I have enjoyed maintaining her, and tinkering, as much as the sailing, and whilst am sorry to have to sell her, hope that she can continue to offer her next owner as much pleasure as she has us.
